Viral Ventures presents Sydney’s very own “Sliders Curling Bar” activation at The Entertainment Quarter from 30th March until 24th April 2022

The weather may be cooling down, but the competition is about to heat up!

Viral Ventures, the masters of global wacky activations is bringing “Sliders Curling” to The Entertainment Quarter on Lang Road in March – a retro take on the famous winter sport of ice curling. It’s the ultimate in winter fun. Gather a team of friends, a date, a birthday crew or a work group and hit the curling lanes to slide your way to glory. More commonly saved for the glacial rinks of the Winter Olympics, this activity is set to bring you chills and thrills. With the rink cooling you on the outside and the competition warming up inside, the experience is sure to leave you feeling nice and cozy. To accompany a custom winter cocktail menu there is a delicious snack food menu available.

This game is here for a limited time only so be sure to book early to avoid missing out. A lane costs $99 per hour which can accommodate up to 8 guests.

How to Play?
There will be four curling lanes to accommodate eight people each across one hour booking slots. Your host will divide you into teams in order to ignite your competitive streak. You will slide ‘stones’ towards circular scoring zones at the opposing end of the lane, much like lawn bowls – the stones left closest to the centre target will score the highest points. Nominate two team members as ‘sweepers’ to help influence where the stones go. Each booking consists of the curling lane, the equipment, a host and your very own winter cabana to relax and enjoy the atmosphere.
