The Entertainment Quarter is a shared public space and we welcome people of all ages and backgrounds to wander through the precinct. We place strong value on creating a positive experience for our visitors and supporting respectful use of the site.
Pets at the Entertainment Quarter
Pets are welcome at the Entertainment Quarter and we love seeing your four-legged companions visit the precinct. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times while on site.
If you plan to visit a retailer, please check directly with the business regarding their individual pet policy. Any mess left by your dog must be cleaned up before moving on.
Busking at the Entertainment Quarter
Pre-approved busking is welcome at the Entertainment Quarter. There are multiple locations across the precinct where buskers can perform, with some areas offering access to power.
With thousands of visitors passing through the site, the Entertainment Quarter is a great place to perform and entertain. To apply to busk, please complete the enquiries form. A minimum approval period of seven days applies.
School trips and holiday care groups
During school holidays, the Entertainment Quarter is a popular destination for children and families. We welcome school holiday care groups and encourage organisers to contact individual retailers or event operators to arrange activities.
Subject to availability, shaded areas are available for lunch breaks, including spaces under the Market Canopy and in Heritage Park.
Buses and mini buses
The Entertainment Quarter car park has a clearance height of 2.1 metres. Designated parking for buses and mini buses is available around Park Road North.
These spaces cannot be booked and availability cannot be guaranteed. Buses conducting drop-offs only may use Errol Flynn Boulevard. Click here for more information on parking or getting to EQ.
