The Entertainment Quarter is an iconic entertainment, leisure and retail precinct located in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney. EQ features cinemas, restaurants, bars and retail shops, largely surrounding The Showring, an exceptional outdoor performance and event space, and the home of The EQ Markets.
Situated immediately adjacent to the Sydney Cricket Ground, Fox Studios Australia, The Hordern, Liberty Hall and The Royal Hall of Industries, the 11.08 hectare site benefits from the major sporting and entertainment events that are held regularly at these facilities. DOGS AT EQ:
We love your 4 legged dog friends and they are always welcome to come to The Entertainment Quarter. The Entertainment Quarter is here to provide safe, healthy and pleasant recreational opportunities for all members of the public with approximately 4.5 million visitors attend the EQ each year.
Dogs are welcome in selected parts of the EQ when accompanied by responsible owners or carers. Responsible dog ownership means accepting full responsibility for the dog and its needs.
We ask that they remain in the common areas and not enter stores or retail; restaurants and cafes are a no go area and your dog must remain outside.
You dog must remain on a lease at all times, and to ensure that EQ is keep clean and welcoming to all patrons – please clean up and dispose completely after them into our available bins.
