EQ Sunday Festival

EQ SUNDAY FESTIVAL TAKES OVER THE EQ OVER THE SUMMER MONTHS.

Descending on the Entertainment Quarter on Sundays from 11th December between 10am- 4pm,  EQ Sunday Festival is set to become the ultimate family friendly day out. It will similarly feature an extensive food, drink and music offering, albeit curated for adults and children alike.

Think a coffee stall from Bar Positano, freshly shaken lemonade by The Citrus Factory, and dishes, including healthy options, from the likes of Agape Organic, Happy As Larry Pizza Truck, Loaded Gourmet Hotdogs and new dessert bar on the scene, The Beans & Greens Co to enjoy as inspiring live bands, acoustic acts and DJs such as Dre & The Giants, Jeremy Gregory, Cavan Te and Cass  Greaves play in the background.

Bean bags, soft play blocks, and a garden games area featuring multiple table tennis tables, and life-sized Guess Who and Kerplunk installations will adorn the space, and a regularly changing program of workshops for both the little ones and adults will be running across each Sunday event.

Workshops will cover arts and crafts by non-profit art collective The CRUD Muffins, as well as music focused activities, and there will be a bespoke marketplace experience featuring activations for children, and a curated selection of makers and creators.

In a move designed to make the most of the Sydney summer, the events will be held outside, yet feature areas for soaking up the sun, as well as undercover spaces. They will be the perfect spot to unwind with friends and colleagues, and keep the kids entertained – rain, hail or shine – on Thursdays and Sundays.

EQ Dining Festival will run every Thursday from 1-22 December 2022, meanwhile EQ Sunday Festival will take place every Sunday from 11-18 December 2022. Entry to both events is free.
