Pixel Games at the Entertainment Quarter
Introducing Pixel Games – a brand new experience now open the Entertainment Quarter in Moore Park. Pixel Games brings an interactive gaming experience for families, friends and groups of all ages.
What is Pixel Games?
This is an immersive interactive floor game that challenges players with speed, memory and agility tasks. The experience offers a range of game modes and can be played solo or in multiplayer groups. Each session is fast, energetic and designed for pure fun.
Who Can Play Pixel Games?
Pixel Games is suitable for ages 3 and above, making it a family-friendly indoor activity for parents, kids and teens. The fully automatic gaming system creates memorable moments for players of all ages, ensuring everyone walks away with a smile.
Group Sizes and Play Area
Each Pixel Games floor features a 16 x 16 tile setup (5m x 5m) and can fit 1-6 players at a time. The experience is ideal for family outings, group activities, birthday parties, team events or casual hangouts.
Game Modes at Pixel Games
Pixel Games offers six unique game types, each with its own mechanics and challenges. Players can choose between solo, team-based or versus modes.
Pixel (most popular): Collect the blue tiles, avoid the red tiles and return to the safe zone before time runs out. Each round becomes more challenging. Your team shares lives, so cooperation and speed are essential.
Pixel VS: Designed for up to four players. Each player has their own colour and section of the grid. The rules are similar to Pixel, but everyone competes individually. The fastest player wins.
Highscore Hunt: Work together as a team to collect as many blue tiles as possible while avoiding red tiles. Communication and teamwork are key.
Switch: A game of memory and speed. Memorise the floor’s colour pattern, then quickly find and stand on a matching tile. You have five seconds to react.
Switch Extreme: The same rules as Switch, but harder. Coloured sections shrink to a single tile, so accuracy and balance are crucial.
Switch VS: A competitive version of Switch. With two or more players, race to step on your team’s colour 15 times before the timer ends. The winning colour lights up at the end.
Colour Battle: Choose a colour and stand with one foot on each of two tiles in that colour. Run in place, alternating between the tiles as quickly as possible. The fastest player wins.
Memory: Blue tiles flash in a sequence in the centre of the floor. When the tiles disappear, players must repeat the pattern. Step on five incorrect tiles and the game ends.

Before You Visit
The Entertainment Quarter has a 2,000 spot multi-storey car park open from 6.00am to 2.00am, 7 days a week. The maximum height clearance for the car park is 2.1 metres.
Covering non-event day parking – entering the carpark between 6:00am and 6:00pm.
