The 2025 ARIA Awards return 19 November

 

The 2025 ARIA Awards return to the Hordern Pavilion on 19 November for a fourth huge year.

The Australian Recording Industry Association (ARIA) has confirmed that the 2025 ARIA Awards, presented in partnership with Spotify, will once again take place in Sydney – Australia’s capital for creativity. This year’s event happens on Wednesday 19 November at the Hordern Pavilion on Gadigal land.

A Celebration of Australian Music

Now in its 39th year, the ARIA Awards continue to celebrate the very best of Australian music. This year’s event opens a new chapter, returning to Network 10 and streaming live on Paramount+. Audiences can enjoy the show across both free-to-air and streaming platforms.

With millions of global listeners and integrated campaigns, Spotify’s involvement will supercharge the event. Curated playlists, editorial features, and international reach will give Australian artists even greater visibility.

Together, ARIA, Spotify, and Paramount+ are amplifying Australian music on its biggest stage yet.

Highlights from 2024

In 2024, Australian artists dominated the stage. For example, Sydney duo Royel Otis took home four awards, while Troye Sivan collected three – including Album of the Year, Best Solo Artist, and Best Pop Release. Supergroup 3% won two ARIA Awards for Best Hip Hop / Rap Release and Best Cover Art (Daniel Boyd and Nomad Create). Meanwhile, the legendary Missy Higgins was named Best Australian Live Act (presented by DNSW) and was inducted into the ARIA Hall of Fame.

Leadership and Industry Support

Annabelle Herd, ARIA CEO, said the 2025 event will take the awards to a whole new level.
