FAQ’s:
WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?
Please aim to arrive around 30 minutes before the session you have purchased tickets for and head to our check-in ticketbox. We’ll check your tickets so please have these printed or ready to show on your mobile phone. We’ll then exchange your tickets for wristbands so you’re ready to enter your session at your scheduled time.
WHAT IF I’M LATE TO MY SESSION?
Showing up late to your session will not prohibit you from being able to enter, however your 2 hour session will not be extended further than the original ending time.
WHO CAN TAKE PART IN THE MONSTER JUMP? IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT?
All ages are welcome. Toddlers 4 years and under must have an adult with them at all times.
DO ALL CHILDREN NEED TO BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT?
No. Only children aged 4 years and under must be accompanied into the inflatables by an adult. This one adult can accompany the child 4 years and under free of charge, however, the child will require a regular session wristband.
I’M A PARENT, DO I NEED A TICKET?
It’s free for parents to attend the event with their children. However, if you want to enter the inflatable obstacle course attraction along with your children you will require your own individual ticket. Simply purchase an additional ticket to the same session/time slot that your kids are attending and you’re free to bounce around and join the fun too!
For safety we do require that any kids 4 years & under are accompanied into the inflatables with a parent/carer. This one parent/carer can enter free of charge with the child 4 years and under, but the child will require a session wristband.
HOW LONG DOES EACH SESSION LAST?
Our 2 hour pass gives you 2 hours to experience The Monster Jump obstacle course attraction. Please arrive at least 15-30min prior to your session time in order to get wristbands, apply sunscreen, and get organised in order to get the most value for time from your session.
There will also be seating and shaded areas for those who want some downtime to kick back and watch the fun unfold.
WHAT DO I NEED TO WEAR TO TAKE PART?
Bouncing and having this much fun in the outdoors will require some energy. So we suggest you dress in something to keep cool. The only restrictions we have are no shoes and no bare feet on the Monster Jump obstacle course, so please BRING SOCKS. There will be a covered inflatable ‘shoe zone’ to leave shoes before you enter. Comfort is key! As the weather is unpredictable – we suggest wearing knee length or full length trousers whilst you bounce! If you do not bring socks, you will need to purchase them from our ticket box.
CAN WE COME AS SPECTATORS?
While it won’t be possible to spectate on what’s going on inside the bouncer everyone is welcome to come down to our site and no ticket is required to enter the grounds. We’ll have shaded areas available for those with or without a ticket.
Tickets will only be required if bouncing on the inflatables. For safety we do require that any kids 4 years and under are accompanied into the inflatables by a parent/carer. This one parent/carer can enter free of charge with the child 4 years and under, but the child will require a session wristband.
CAN WE TAKE PART IN THE MONSTER JUMP IF IT’S RAINING?
The Monster Jump will still take place under light rain circumstances, but if there is questionable wheather predicted, we always recommend checking our Facebook Page for the most updated information as this is where any weather closures would be posted by 9am if they will affect the day’s activities.
The safety of our customers and staff comes first and in the case of thunderstorms, heavy rain, strong winds or other adverse weather conditions that would pose a risk we reserve the right to postpone, reschedule, cancel or alter elements of the event or individual sessions. We keep a close eye on the weather ahead of our events and will communicate any changes as soon as possible by updating the website and our Facebook page. If poor weather conditions start early on, we try to post to our site and page by 9am with an update for the day.
WON’T IT GET TOO HOT IN THE SUN?
The Monster Jump is an outdoor event that takes place mostly during the summer months. Therefore, on sunny days, we advise all participants to dress appropriately, stay hydrated and apply sunscreen. We have dedicated shaded areas throughout the site.
